MONDAY MOTIVATION: FEEL THE PRESSURE It’s likely that if it’s Monday, you woke up this morning thinking, “Oh great… here goes another long week.” Every one of us has been there at some point. It’s that sensation of having so much going on in your life that you don’t know how to handle it all.

Honestly, there are times when it all just gets a bit too much.

My friend, I’m right there with you. With so many things on my plate, including finalizing my master’s degree and getting ready for a major life transition, I can feel the strain as this Monday gets underway. I still have to take care of my regular daily obligations on top of that.

If you write it all down, it’s enough to make your head spin!
Ken Venturi motivational and inspirational quote. Stop comparing yourself to everyone around you and simply focus on bettering yourself.

MONDAY MOTIVATIONAL ADVICE FOR MANAGING THE PRESSURE I’ll stop now. I’m going to attempt to make today a motivational Monday, which means I’m going to be inspired rather than depressed, so I can avoid letting all the pressure I’m experiencing overwhelm me. Will you go on this journey with me? I can’t promise that it will be simple, but I think that even our little efforts to make things a bit better can help us feel better and more prepared for the week ahead.

Do you feel the strain? Let’s deal with it!

You need to meet deadlines, do tasks, go to meetings, maintain your social life, take care of your family, and do a million other things. It makes sense that you feel the pressure! Let’s try to deal with it by carrying out some of the following:

Today, give yourself at least five minutes to yourself. You may take a brief stroll, take in some soothing music, or just take in some quiet time. Just be sure that whatever you do, you are doing it for yourself. We cannot expect to care for others and meet their needs if we don’t practice self-care. Organize your schedule by listing the most crucial items. Do not feel that you must list every single item on your to-do list (unless that makes you feel better, of course). Try starting with the items that absolutely must be done, and make sure you check them off as you go. As the day goes on, you’ll be able to monitor your progress. Every small bit of support is helpful! motivational monday

If you need assistance, ask for it. I believe that at times, we all find it difficult to seek for assistance. It seems that when our ego gets in the way, we become more stubborn than ever! Don’t strive to be a superhero; it’s in your best interest. Ask for assistance if you need it! Attempt to smile at least once. The best medicine, according to the saying, is laughing, and I have to agree. Try to find at least one moment during the day when you can just let loose and let the laughter flow, even if you are unable to laugh at work. Your body’s happy hormones will be released, and as a result, you’ll feel better. Although this is a short list, how frequently do we fail to do one or more of these tasks? Make this Monday a motivating one by making it count. Don’t allow the stress get to you!
